Well that was really something special and serendipitous in Blennerville windmill on Tuesday evening, wonderful to have the opportunity to witness acoustic performances from such talented musicians. Thanks to Matthew Olwell who warmed up with some songs, flute, lilting and steps, the main man Sam Amidon for the wonderful performance and tales and to Loy McWhirter for the surprise song to close out the evening.
Also big thanks to Donal and the windmill staff for hosting the event and finally to those of you who came out to support, especially those who traveled, hopefully this will be the first of many events in this unique space.
